MRD is seeking an experienced Project Manager for a full-time position to plan and oversee a wide variety of demolition projects from beginning to end. The ideal candidate will be:

Highly organized,

Have the ability to lead and manage projects inside construction settings, along with a team of site-specific PM's and PE's,
-
Provide professional leadership in negotiation and problem resolution during the project,

Review and approve invoices,
-
Ability to provide precise communication to team members, owners, and architects,

Coordinate and facilitate weekly progress team meetings,
-
Develop project budgets to achieve client’s financial objectives; validate time and expenses to stay within budget and accurately track the work that is being performed.
DEMOLITION PROJECT MANAGER
MRD is seeking an experienced and seasoned Demolition Superintendent for a full-time position supervising and overseeing complicated and intricate projects. This position is a travel position at times and the successful candidate will be in charge of a specific project location. Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.
DEMOLITION SUPERINTENDENT
MRD is seeking an experienced and safety-oriented Demolition Foreman for a full-time position. This position manages the daily site activities by ensuring the project is performed according to safety, design, budget, and schedule. The Foreman directly manages each project site's lead personnel and staff and reports to the site supervisor or project manager. Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.
DEMOLITION
FOREMAN
MRD is looking for experienced and safety-oriented equipment operators for a full-time position who are proficient in operating construction equipment. This includes but is not limited to backhoes, loaders, and excavators with various attachments including pneumatic hammers, shears, magnets, and grapples. Experience in backfill and compaction is also a plus! Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.
EQUIPMENT OPERATORS
MRD is looking for experienced and licensed Class A Truck drivers for a full-time position to drive flatbeds, dump trucks, and roll-off trucks for our demolition and construction divisions. Truck drivers will be hauling scrap metal, construction debris, soil, and/or various fill materials.
TRUCK DRIVERS
MRD is seeking experienced torch cutters looking for a full-time position cutting up scrap metal from our demolition activities. Former experience in cutting demolition scrap is a plus. Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.
TORCH CUTTERS
CARPENTERS
